Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and covers only defects in materials and workmanship.
Upon receipt and verification of a warranty issue, Nalu Ukulele Company, LLC (Nalu) will, at its discretion, repair or replace the instrument free of charge. We will do our best to make the aforementioned repairs or replacements with the same materials used in the original construction. However, we reserve the right to substitute other materials if necessary. The cost of shipping and insurance to and from our repair facility will be the responsibility of the owner.
Authorization must be received from Nalu before any instrument is shipped.
Warranty exceptions include:
- Damage due to misuse or abuse (either intentional or accidental).
- Damage due to extremes of weather (heat, cold, dryness or humidity).
- Finish checking or damage from solvents (alcohol, insect repellents, etc.).
- Any unauthorized repairs will void this warranty.
