We don't have any special rules. If you buy an ukulele from us, shipping is free anywhere in the U.S.
We know you want to get your ukulele now...or sooner. Once your order has been placed, it will take Nalu between 24 and 48 hours to process your order and prepare it for shipping. At that point, UPS takes over. Their delivery time in the continental U.S is approximately 5 to 7 business days. Sometimes it's shorter. If you live in Hawaii (Aloha, by the way) or Alaska (Kutaa to you too!), it may take a little longer. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Here's where our 100% No Risk Guarantee kicks in. Once you receive your Nalu ukulele, you have 5 business days to play it. If for some reason you wish to return it, - and, truthfully, we can't think of any - simply contact us and we will send you a free return label.
Return Rules (these are kinda important)
- Products MUST be returned in the condition you received them, in the original box with the original packaging.
- You will be provided a pre-paid label to return the purchase to us. Do not ship it back to us on your own and expect reimbursement.
- Product myst be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the return label.
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

* If we are shipping you an ukulele, we are happy to throw into the box any accessory you order for free. However, and we're terribly sorry about this, our e-commerce software has a hard time knowing that we're tossing additional items in for free. So...if you order strings, a stand or a tuner along with an ukulele, add the promo code FREESHIP when you check out and there will be no charge for shipping.
If, however, you are only ordering accessories, shipping rates will apply.

If you wish to return an accessory, all shipping costs will be your responsibility. The exception to this will be a defective item. In that case, we will gladly send you a free return label.
