Being a Nalu Dealer

Nalu has very unique relationships with its dealers. We don't simply sign you up and then sit back and count the Benjamins. We do everything we can to help your Nalu business succeed. Here are some important things to know about being a Nalu Dealer:

Our customers are your customers

Even though we sell direct to our customers via our website, we would never take a sale away from a dealer. If someone purchases an ukulele from us online, and they are within a 5 mile radius (more in remote locations), we will pay you the difference between the sale price and the wholesale price, (less shipping). We'll also send the purchaser's contact information along so that you can reach out and establish an ongoing relationship with them.

Sales support

Nalu will do whatever it can to help support our brand in your shop. In the past, that support has meant signage, in-store appearances by Nalu artists and Nalu Ukulele Weeks (where we offer additional discounts so as to increase your profits). Each case is different...but please know we care about each and every dealer. You're part of our Ohana.

Virtual inventory

If you have a customer that wants a particular model ukulele, and you do not have it in stock, you can have them contact us directly and we will honor the price you quoted & ship it directly to them.
